  • steel mills
  • modular buildings
  • wind power generation
  • aerospace
Shuttlelift is THE partner to choose when you have tough issues that require smart and talented people for the solution.

DB Series
Join the evolution. Shuttlelift's new DB Series, double-beam gantry crane is designed with the same legendary quality and reliable handling that Shuttlelift is known for. Much like the ISL, SL and SB Series, the DB Series continues the Shuttlelift evolution by providing first class quality features and options that will boost productivity and performance with no compromises. For those markets looking for high quality crane performance and the highest return on investment, the DB series gantry crane was developed in response to a growing need in the marketplace cost effective lifting solutions for those needing to lift heavy, bulky items from production to transport.

SL and ISL Models
We produce two different types of Gantry Cranes: SL Models and ISL Models.

SL Models: Lighter Duty, and Limited Flexibility
The SL models are specifically engineered to handle lighter duty cycles due to a slower ground speed and hoisting speed. They lift loads in a vertical direction only and do not offer the ability to traverse the load across the width of the crane. The SL delivers reliable and consistent performance, but is not designed for high volume situations like the ISL Model.

ISL Models: Heavy Duty & Maximum Flexibility
The ISL model possesses all of the consistency and reliability of the SL model, but takes it a step further. The ISL is a more specialized crane that can aid in solving the toughest lifting challenges you can throw at it. Some of the many benefits we have engineered into the ISL model include a significantly heavier duty cycle, faster ground speed, faster hoisting speed, and the ability to traverse loads horizontally. Plus, the ISL comes with a diesel engine and an enclosed operator compartment as standard features.

SB Models
Shuttlelift’s SB series gantry cranes offer additional lifting solutions to our already tried and proven SL and ISL mobile gantry crane series.

SB Models: Increased Operational Efficiency
With manufactured components such as bridge beams and wind tower components being built to longer lengths, it has become commonplace to transport these items by tandem lifting. With two cranes required for this lifting technique, the Shuttlelift SB series is an effective solution when used in tandem. The Shuttlelift SB series can even be used in conjunction with a customer’s existing conventional rubber-tired gantry crane, regardless of brand.

Another unique application of the Shuttlelift SB gantry crane is as an alternative to permanent overhead bridge cranes. The SB single beam gantry offers superior economic benefits compared to the expense of overhead bridge cranes or retrofitting a building for greater crane capacity. The SB gantry crane only requires the door to be of sufficient size, with adequate headroom, to operate anywhere within the confines or outside of the building. Possibly the best feature of all is that if a company outgrows its current facility, or it decides to relocate, the crane can be disassembled and moved to a new location.
